Home Information Packs purchased direct from us are portable. This means that you may market your home privately or take it to the estate agent of your choice for inclusion within the estate agent details. You can also use the solicitor of your own choice.

Our clients receive a unique client login reference which enables them to login to there personal page. All the documents and information they require about there sale and HIP will be stored there, and will be available for download, depending on the package they have purchased.

Ordering your HIP
To order your HIP or enquire use our enquiry form which should include:

• The seller/s full name/s.
• The address of the property to which the hip will apply.
• A contact telephone number for the seller.

We will then contact you and arrange a free consultation if required.

If payment terms have been previously agreed we will send confirmation of order to enable same day marketing the property.

Within our local area the domestic energy assessment will be carried out by an RICS accredited surveyor.
